37057 (2024). Greg O'Connor to the Minister for Courts: What employee positions at the Employment Court, if any, have been paused since 27 November 2023 to date?

Hon Nicole McKee: I am advised that the Ministry of Justice does not hold information on how many vacant positions have been deliberately left unfilled between the 1st of July 2023 and of 4th of June 2024. I am further advised that there are no vacancies that are currently not being recruited to in the Employment Court.
