37037 (2024). Greg O'Connor to the Minister for Courts: As of 6 June 2024, how many Family Court cases, if any, which are older than 1095 days old, are awaiting a substantive hearing, for each type of case, broken down by District Court region?

Hon Nicole McKee: I can advise the Member that the Ministry of Justice reports by Justice Service Area (JSA), a geographical grouping of individual court locations, rather than region. I refer the Member to table 1, attached.
