37019 (2025). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: Further to his reply to Question 30883 (2025), how many of the 1,443 social housing places referred to are otherwise in the delivery pipeline and what does “otherwise in the delivery pipeline” mean?

Hon Chris Bishop: I am advised that ‘otherwise in the delivery pipeline’ referred to places that had not been delivered or approved and had not been allocated to a provider through the Strategic Partnership approach. At 5 August 2025, I am advised that approximately 370 places were ‘otherwise in the delivery pipeline’.
