37016 (2025). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: Further to his reply to Question 30883 (2025), how many, if any, of the 1,443 social houses in that pipeline have had contractual confirmation with funding approval conditions met?

Hon Chris Bishop: As at 5 August 2025, strategic partners have been contracted to deliver up to 671 places. An additional 45 places have been contracted across the maintaining momentum pathway.
