Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Health: Is there an agreement with Waikato University that outlines terms between the Government and Waikato University regarding the funding of the Waikato Medical School, if so, does he intend that it will be publicly released, and if so, when?

Hon Simeon Brown: As the Member will be aware, this is a matter for the Implementation Business Case process, which is being progressed as part of our focus on putting patients first and delivering access to timely, quality healthcare for all New Zealanders.
