Hon Penny Simmonds: I have received the following advice from the Ministry for the Environment: 24/9/24: BRF-5363 - Briefing: Landfill Compliance Issues In addition, the Environmental Protection Authority provided information on its investigation into Taylorville Resource Park in the Q3 2023/24 Quarterly Report to the Minster.
