Rt Hon Christopher Luxon: In my capacity as the Prime Minister, I am the responsible minister for the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (DPMC). I regularly receive advice including oral advice from the Chief Executive of DPMC on a range of matters relating to the Prime Minister portfolio.
