36721 (2025). Hon Priyanca Radhakrishnan to the Prime Minister: Did he sign any document regarding the decision to not to renew the designation of the American Proud Boys as a terrorist organisation and if so, on what date?

Rt Hon Christopher Luxon: I allowed the designation of The American Proud Boys as a terrorist entity under the Terrorist Suppression Act 2002 to expire based on advice received from the Chief Executive of the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet. This did not involve signing a document.
