36691 (2025). Hon Dr Megan Woods to the Minister for Economic Growth: What progress, if any, has been made on renewing the All-of-Government (AoG) reticulated gas contract, since 21 April 2025?

Hon Nicola Willis: The Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE) approached the market with a Request for Proposal to secure a collective gas supply arrangement to meet agencies ongoing needs for gas supply. Following receipt of a commercial proposal, MBIE are now in final negotiations to formalise an agreement for the supply of gas from 1 October 2025 when the current agreement expires.
