36677 (2025). Camilla Belich to the Minister for the Public Service: What formal decision-making process, if any, was followed in the disestablishment of the Public Service Commission’s Integrity and Ethics Advisory Board?

Hon Judith Collins: The Advisory Board was established for an initial term of 18 months, between 1 April 2023 and 31 October 2024. The terms of reference noted the possibility of an extension. The Public Service Commissioner made the decision not to extend the term of the Board on 24 February 2025, after receiving written advice from the Deputy Chief Executive of the Strategy, Integrity and Policy Group.
