Hon Chris Bishop: The number of new public EV charge points installed each month since 30 April 2024 is in the table. Month Charge points May 2024 17 June 2024 10 July 2024 25 August 2024 33 September 2024 20 October 2024 18 November 2024 11 December 2024 25 January 2025 0 February 2025 10 March 2025 6 April 2025 10 May 2025 11 June 2025 14 The figures in the table are expected to slightly underestimate the total number of charge points, as it is voluntary for charge point operators to register their chargers in EVRoam (the government-run charger database). There may also be a delay in when a charger goes live and when it is reflected in the data.
