36642 (2025). Tangi Utikere to the Minister of Transport: Did he and/or Cabinet approve any other roading projects with earlier start dates than the Ōtaki to north of Levin project despite lower readiness, if so, what were they and what was the rationale?

Hon Chris Bishop: No, roading projects are approved by the NZ Transport Agency Board.
