Rt Hon Winston Peters: In my capacity as the Minister of Foreign Affairs, I took three papers to Cabinet during the week beginning 21 July 2025. 21/72025 - Solomon Islands - New Zealand Education Partnership 2025 - 2035 It is not in the public interest to release a further two titles received during this period to avoid prejudicing international relations.
