36425 (2026). Teanau Tuiono to the Minister for Space: What briefings, advice, aide memoires, emails, text messages, memorandums and any other form of communication, if any, broken down by title and date has the Minister and/or their office received or sent about the judicial review filed on 12 August 2026 challenging the approval of BlackSky satellite launches?

Hon Paul Goldsmith: I received two briefings on 13 August which made reference to the judicial review process currently underway: the Briefing to the Incoming Minister for Space, which will be proactively released in due course, and an aide memoire, Priority areas in the Space portfolio. The previous Minister received an email notifying them of the judicial review process and responded to media queries on it.
