Teanau Tuiono to the Prime Minister: What briefings, advice, aide memoires, emails, text messages, memorandums and any other form of communication, if any, broken down by title and date has the Minister and/or their office received or sent about the judicial review filed on 12 August 2026 challenging the approval of BlackSky satellite launches?

Rt Hon Christopher Luxon: As Prime Minister, I regularly request and receive advice from officials on a range of matters relating to my Prime Minister and National Security and Intelligence portfolios, including from the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (DPMC). In my capacity as Prime Minister I have received advice from DPMC officials on the judicial review challenging the approval of BlackSky satellite launches. I also refer the member to the response provided by the Minister for Space to Written Parliamentary Question 36425 (2026).
