36385 (2025). Hon Dr Deborah Russell to the Minister of Revenue: How many phone and web message contacts, if any, has Inland Revenue received about FamilyBoost to date?

Hon Simon Watts: Officials advise that from 1 July 2024, when the legislation was enacted, up to and including 30 July 2025, we have answered 27,036 phone contacts on the FamilyBoost voice queue and received 19,930 web messages relating to FamilyBoost.
