36371 (2026). Lan Pham to the Minister of Conservation: How many mining and mining operations, if any, has the Minister approved access arrangements or concessions for on Public Conservation Land since becoming the Minister for Conservation?

Hon Tama Potaka: I have not approved any mining access arrangements or concessions for mining on Public Conservation Land. All applications for mining related activities have been processed by the Department of Conservation and approved (or declined) under delegated authority.
