36340 (2025). Hon Jan Tinetti to the Minister for Workplace Relations and Safety: How many, if any, workplace fatalities were reported to WorkSafe during the week of July 21st 2025?

Hon Brooke van Velden: I am advised that WorkSafe received five notifications of fatal harm from 21 to 27 July 2025. Of the five, two have been determined to not be work-related, and therefore will not be included in official figures. The remaining three are still under assessment to establish if they are work-related.
