36304 (2026). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Associate Minister of Housing: How many, if any, state house tenants transferred by Kāinga Ora, since 1 July 2025, to a state house in Rotorua were transferred from a house outside of Rotorua?

Hon Tama Potaka: Kāinga Ora - Homes and Communities advises me that between 1 July 2025 and 31 July 2026 it undertook 14 business initiated transfers in Rotorua, all of which were transferred from within the Rotorua District.
