Hon Scott Simpson: I am advised by ACC that it cannot provide this information without manually reviewing approximately 2,700 approved Named Service Provider applications for ACC’s Sensitive Claims Service. To determine whether applicants’ experience included MSD-funded sexual violence social work and long-term recovery services, ACC would need to redirect personnel from their core responsibilities. In accordance with Speaker’s Ruling 199/3, I consider that the time, and hence the expense, of providing an answer to this question is not in the public interest.
