36276 (2025). Hon Dr Duncan Webb to the Associate Minister of Justice: What is the legal entity to whom proceeds of crime fund funding has been given known as the "Motueka Meth Harm Reduction" programme and who are its officers?

Hon Nicole McKee: The Ministry of Social Development were allocated $1.503m from the Proceeds of Crime Fund for the Motueka Meth Harm Reduction initiative. Officials from MSD will be engaged in working with agencies, community providers and the community to implement this initiative.
