36244 (2025). Tangi Utikere to the Minister of Transport: What evidence, if any, did he rely on when claiming in respect to proper pothole repairs "you can't do that in the winter months”?

Hon Chris Bishop: I am advised by NZTA that full road renewals are generally not completed during winter months due to adverse weather conditions. Cold, wet environments compromise the effectiveness and longevity of repair materials.
