36222 (2026). Tangi Utikere to the Minister of Transport: What quantum of ordinary equity, and what quantum of subordinated shareholder debt, if any, has been committed by the Northway consortium's shareholders to the Warkworth to Te Hana project?

Hon Chris Bishop: I refer the Member to my response to Written Parliamentary Questions 34456 (2026) and 35869 (2026). Disclosure could prejudice NZTA's commercial position by revealing the contractor’s financing arrangements and could adversely affect future NZTA procurement processes by providing prospective bidders and financiers with insight into commercially sensitive market information.
