Ricardo Menéndez March to the Minister for Social Development and Employment: How, if at all, was provider performance, including delivery beyond contracted targets, taken into account in decisions to discontinue Sexual Violence Long Term Recovery and Care (SVLTREC) and Sexual Violence Prevention (SVPREV) contracts?

Hon Louise Upston: I am advised by the Ministry of Social Development that contractual performance targets was not a consideration in deciding to decommission these services.
