36185 (2025). Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Immigration: Have there been any changes to the health screening or medical clearance requirements for Recognised Seasonal Employer (RSE) scheme workers since January 2023; if so, what were the changes and on what dates were they implemented?

Hon Erica Stanford: The requirement for RSE workers to undergo an HIV test if they were from a country with high risk factors for HIV/AIDS was removed on 2 September 2024.
