Hon Damien O'Connor to the Minister for Land Information: Further to the reply to written question 32031 (2026), what was the total value of the 20 $5 million plus house consents and the 451 one home to live in consents granted in the 2025/26 financial year, and how many consents of each type were granted in each of the 2021/22, 2022/23, 2023/24 and 2024/25 financial years?

Mike Butterick: I refer the Member to the attachment. The total value of $5 million plus house consents was $188 million. Land Information New Zealand (LINZ) does not capture data on value of one home to live in consents.
