Mike Butterick: 20 consents to acquire residential land were granted under the $5 million plus pathway for the period from 6 March 2026 to 30 June 2026. Each property either contains a dwelling or the consent requires that a dwelling is built. The total value of these transactions was $188 million. Land Information New Zealand (LINZ) does not capture information about visa types for acquisition of residential land under the One Home to Live In pathway in an extractable form, so this does not include consents granted to holders of an Active Investor Plus visa or other qualifying investor visa under this pathway, if any.
