36177 (2025). Hon Willow-Jean Prime to the Associate Minister of Education: What advice, if any, did he receive on the new school lunch tender’s inclusion of non-compliant proposals?

Hon David Seymour: The planning and implementation of procurement processes is the responsibility of the Ministry of Education. I therefore did not require advice about the inclusion of non-confirming bids in the Request for Proposals (RFP).
