Hon Damien O'Connor to the Minister for Land Information: Further to the reply to written question 32024 (2026), of the eight disposals of property recorded for the 2025/26 financial year, how many were compelled by court order or ministerial direction as opposed to being undertaken voluntarily, and what class of land did each involve?

Mike Butterick: The eight disposals were all ordered by Land Information New Zealand (LINZ). The land classes are as follows; four residential, two forestry, and two farm land.
