36140 (2026). Hon Willow-Jean Prime to the Minister for Children: Further to 34057 (2026), what were the elements of the safety plan enacted in response to the alleged incident at Oranga Tamariki's Korowai Manaaki, when did the plan commence and at what stage of implementation is it currently at?

Hon Karen Chhour: As the details of safety plans are personal to the young people they apply to, in order to protect the privacy of the young people involved, I do not believe it is in the public interest to provide an answer this question. However, I have been advised by Oranga Tamariki that the safety plan referred to has been implemented.
