36137 (2025). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: Further to WPQ 33179 (2025), what was the status of infrastructure servicing for each commercial land parcel sold or offered for sale by Kāinga Ora since December 2023 in the specified precincts, and what infrastructure upgrades, if any, were required or funded before or after the sale?

Hon Chris Bishop: Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advise me that all land parcels offered for sale are ‘build-ready’, that is, the land is cleared and remediated to the relevant National Environmental Standards, and infrastructure is serviced to the boundary at a level to enable the yield anticipated in the masterplan.
