36132 (2026). Hon Willow-Jean Prime to the Minister for Children: Further to 34076 (2026), why was the Minister not informed of the alleged incident at Oranga Tamariki's Korowai Manaaki until approximately four months after it occurred?

Hon Karen Chhour: I am advised by Oranga Tamariki that while the alleged incident referred to by the Member occurred in March 2026, it was only brought to the attention of an Oranga Tamariki senior leader in July 2026.
