36079 (2026). Hon Ginny Andersen to the Minister of Education: What regulations, if any, govern the monitoring and reporting of student performance and when, if at all, were those regulations last updated?

Hon Erica Stanford: The Education (Planning and Reporting) Regulations 2023 govern how schools must report on evaluation and analysis of students’ progress and achievement against the national curriculum. Education (School Boards) Regulations 2020 govern reporting to parents.
