36076 (2026). Hon Ginny Andersen to the Minister of Education: What new regulations, if any, has the Ministry of Education promulgated for schools in the past year that set out new expectations regarding student performance and reporting and if none, are such regulations being drafted?

Hon Erica Stanford: There have been no new regulations in the past year that set out expectations regarding student performance and reporting. However, the Government is currently progressing changes to the Education (School Planning and Reporting) Regulations 2023 and the Education (School Boards) Regulations 2020 that are focused on these areas.
