35852 (2025). Hon Rachel Brooking to the Minister for Space: How many launch licences has she varied, revoked or suspended since 27 November 2023, if any, and why did she take this action, listed by name of launch licence holder, and date of said action?

Hon Judith Collins: Since 27 November 2023, no launch licences have been revoked or suspended. Two launch licences have been varied – one for Rocket Lab USA, Inc and one for Rocket Lab Global Services LLC on 31 January 2024. Rocket Lab either applied for or agreed to the variations made.
