35851 (2025). Hon Rachel Brooking to the Minister for Space: How many payload permits has she varied, revoked or suspended since 27 November 2023, if any, and why did she take this action, listed by name of permit holder and date of said action?

Hon Judith Collins: No payload permits have been revoked or suspended. Eight payload permits have been varied. These were for Capella Space Corporation (16/12/23), Telesat Canada (20/07/24), Synspective Japan Inc (18/11/24), Synspective Japan Inc (18/11/24), Synspective Japan Inc (18/11/24), BlackSky Global LLC (30/01/25), Astroscale Japan Inc (6/07/25), and University of Auckland (22/03/25). Variations were a result of permit holders either applying for variations or agreeing to proposed variations.
