35845 (2026). Tangi Utikere to the Minister of Transport: Does the Project Agreement signed with the Northway consortium for the Warkworth to Te Hana project contain any provision that is conditional on a decision to toll or not to toll the expressway, and does it provide for any compensation or payment adjustment to the consortium arising from that decision?

Hon Chris Bishop: No. Any decision on tolling is separate from the Project Agreement and would not affect the PPP payment arrangements.
