Tangi Utikere to the Minister of Transport: If the Warkworth to Te Hana expressway is tolled, will toll revenue be collected and retained by NZTA or by the Northway consortium, and how, if at all, will toll revenue be applied against the Unitary Charge payments over the 25-year operating period?

Hon Chris Bishop: No decision has been made on tolling. The Unitary Charge payments will be made out of the NLTF general funds. If the project is tolled, the toll revenue will be collected and retained by NZTA into the NLTF.
