Francisco Hernandez to the Associate Minister of Transport: How many vacancies, if any, were advertised by the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, from January to June 2020, and how many total applicants, if any, were received for those vacancies?

Hon James Meager: I am advised that: Maritime NZ Prior to June 2021 there was no online recruitment and applicant tracking system in place, therefore they are unable to provide this information for January to June 2020. Transport Accident Investigation Commission 3 vacancies advertised 72 total applicants. Civil Aviation Authority 200 advertised vacancies 2437 total applicants.
