35766 (2026). Tangi Utikere to the Minister of Transport: What was the total cost to the New Zealand Transport Agency of Environment Court proceeding ENV-2024-AKL-234, Stanbridge v New Zealand Transport Agency, broken down by internal staff time, external legal fees, expert witness fees, and valuation fees?

Hon Chris Bishop: I am advised that external legal fees were $70,728.40 plus GST. There were no expert witness or valuation fees. NZTA did not keep a record of internal staff time spent on the proceeding.
