Tangi Utikere to the Minister of Transport: In each of the last 10 years, how many agreements under section 17 of the Public Works Act 1981 have been deemed to have been entered into as a result of an Environment Court order made under section 185 of the Resource Management Act 1991, and what was the total compensation paid in respect of them?

Hon Chris Bishop: I am advised that no agreements have been entered into over the last 10 years as a result of an order made under s185 of the RMA.
