35714 (2026). Lan Pham to the Minister for Biosecurity: Which AI or software company, if any, is being used for the development and testing of "a new AI tool to modernise the import health standard process", as announced in a Beehive press release on 25 July 2026?

Hon Andrew Hoggard: I am advised that the Ministry for Primary Industries (MPI) has contracted Deloitte to develop a new AI tool to modernise the import health standard process. The AI tool will be hosted within MPI's existing Amazon Web Services cloud environment.
