Hon Willow-Jean Prime to the Minister for Children: Has the Oranga Tamariki Deputy Chief Executive responsible for youth justice seen any CCTV footage from Korowai Manaaki showing young people lined up on two sides and a young person walking through the two lines while he was hit; if so, when did they view this?
