35704 (2026). Hon Willow-Jean Prime to the Minister for Children: Has the Oranga Tamariki Chief Advisor seen any CCTV footage from Korowai Manaaki showing young people lined up on two sides and a young person walking through the two lines while he was hit; if so, when did they view this?

Hon Karen Chhour: I am advised that the Oranga Tamariki Chief Advisor Youth Justice Services and Residential Care has not viewed the footage referred to by the Member.
