35695 (2026). Hon Jo Luxton to the Minister for Biosecurity: How many equivalence determinations under ISPM 24 has MPI approved for fresh produce IHSs in the past five years, and are these published or otherwise available to industry?

Hon Andrew Hoggard: When an equivalence determination is approved by the Ministry for Primary Industries (MPI), it is notified on the MPI website in accordance with section 27 of the Biosecurity Act 1993.
