35691 (2026). Hon Jo Luxton to the Minister for Biosecurity: Why does clause 2.1 in the IHS Fresh Blueberries for Human Consumption not specify harvesting method, packhouse hygiene standards, or waste handling, given New Zealand growers face stricter requirements domestically?

Hon Andrew Hoggard: Clause 2.1 should be read together with the definition of commercial production methods in Schedule 1: Definitions of the draft import health standard.
