Hon Jo Luxton to the Minister for Biosecurity: Did MPI review New Zealand-specific evidence on consumer and retail disposal behaviour, commercial food-waste streams, home composting, and municipal green-waste systems in treating the domestic waste pathway as low risk in the IHS Fresh Blueberries for Human Consumption, and if so what studies or New Zealand-specific data were relied on?
