Hon Judith Collins: As a security and intelligence agency, the GCSB needs to be careful about what details it reveals about its work. This generally involves withholding which companies it has a reasonable business need to procure services from. I can therefore neither confirm nor deny whether the agency has procured services from any the companies listed in that report.
