35481 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Foreign Affairs: How many vacancies, if any, were advertised by the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, from January to June 2024, and how many total applicants, if any, were received for those vacancies?

Rt Hon Winston Peters: I am advised that between January to June 2024, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade advertised 89 vacancies and received 2234 applicants. Between January to June 2024, the Asia New Zealand Foundation advertised two vacancies and received 65 applicants. Between January to June 2024, Antarctica New Zealand advertised 26 vacancies and received 1053 applicants.
