Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for the Environment: How many vacancies, if any, were advertised by the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, from January to June 2025, and how many total applicants, if any, were received for those vacancies?

Hon Penny Simmonds: The Ministry for the Environment advertised 195 vacancies from January to June 2025, and received a total of 2160 applications. The Environmental Protection Authority advertised 38 roles from January to June 2025, receiving a total of 586 applications.
